NIGHT LIGHT LAMP REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

ALL POWER MUST BE SWITCHED TO OFF!
This unit is pre-wired and is provided with GFCI for your safety and the safety of the equipment in the event of an electrical short, ground or equipment failure. DO NOT REMOVE OR MODIFY ANY ELECTRICAL COMPONENT. THIS COULD RESULT IN THE DANGER OF ELECTROCUTION TO ANYONE, HUMAN OR ANIMAL IN CONTACT WITH THE WATER IF AN ELECTRICAL SHORT DID OCCUR.
Electrical cable must extend completely onto shore to power source without breaks or splices. Underwater splices are dangerous and will void the warranty.

1. Remove the fixture from the light bracket by turning the retaining clips outward.

2. Remove the stainless steel clamp ring that holds the lens, gasket and housing together. A 7/16 wrench will assist to remove the 1/4-28 nut.

3. Remove the lens and gasket assembly.

4. Remove the lamp, if damaged or burned out it will need to be replaced. Also inspect the lamp holder.

5. Make sure the lens is clean as a dirty lens will not allow the proper transfer of heat and will cause premature lamp burn out and the loss of light output.

6. Check the gasket, if it is hard and brittle it will have to be replaced.

7. Re-install lens gasket assembly on the housing. Wrap the clamp ring around and tighten the clamp ring so the two gaps in the clamp ring are equal.

8. Re-install the fixture assembly by reversing Step 1.
